modr8 stores data locally on your device. This includes your habits, goals, limits, logs, token balance, preferences, and reminder settings. We do not collect or transmit your personal data to our servers unless you explicitly use features that require cloud sync.

Your data is used solely to provide the app's functionality: tracking habits, calculating tokens, displaying progress, and sending you reminders. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Habit data, logs, and settings are stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you use optional cloud features, data may be stored in secure cloud infrastructure. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app.

4. Notifications

If you enable reminders, the app will request notification permissions. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not have access to the content of your notifications.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may integrate with third-party services (such as cloud storage) for optional features. Those services have their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing them before use.
